Hello all,
I bought a 4 day badge back in July, but learned sometime around August 1st that I was going to be unable to attend the event. The badge was scheduled to be picked up via Will Call, but obviously, wasn't picked up.
I emailed Gencon customer support back in August and they told me to wait until August 15th to email them asking for a refund. I've sent two emails, but haven't heard anything back.
Does anyone have any experience in this area?

Just that their policy states that "all badge refund/exchange requests must be received prior to the end of Pre-Registration" (June 19).
