I am trying to add tickets for my friends who have exhibitor badges. I have the main person added as a friend (the exhibitor himself) using the email address he provided, but his assistant does not seem to be able to be added on my end as he used the same email address for them (according to him).
Does anyone know how to add the other Exhibitor person to the friends list?
They would need to have their own account with an email address to add them. My guess is that an account was created for them by the exhibitor without an email address. They would have no access to this account. They should email [email protected] to get this sorted out.
